The Investment

 

We are looking to raise a minimum of €15Million. We  prefer  this  to  be  in  the  form  of  an  equity  investment. The allocation of shares can be negotiated as we are open to ideas and suggestions within reason.

 

We aim to invest in the following Areas. Stable  –  based  on  rare  atland  around  GENEVA,  the  stable  is  a modern facility set in 43436m2 of land.

 

The facility is modern and ready to use will planning consent for an adjoining property which can be used to develop the clinic.

   

Total capital investment required is €10m. The remaining €5m will be used as cashow  and  operating  the  business  including  the  purchase  of Horses for breeding.

 

 

Conclusion

From your initial investment of €15Million we aim to increase that to €166Million in 10yrs. That is a return of over 1000%. It is not unusual to do this within  5yrs or  less  given  the  5  way  model  and strategy we intend to implement. The model shows a robust and cohesive way to business whilst utilising the same environment and culture.

 

It is a recipe for success for any investor looking to take a small risk as within 3yrs the investor will have a security over 100% of the investment being assets based. Also most of these assets will accumulate such as the horses for breeding. Therefore what we are presenting is an investment model for low risk high return and one that has vision imagination and clear bravery in tackling a new market model.
